Andy entered the securities business in 1992, after a 22-year career as a Naval Officer. He has been with AIG Advisors Group since 1994, is the Branch Manager of a SagePoint Financial, Inc.  La Mesa office, and is a corporate Investment Advisor Representative. Andy completed the academic curriculum for CFP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership. He specializes in portfolio management, emphasizing risk management while employing various quantitative tools to assess portfolio, sector, and individual equity risks for stock, bond, mutual fund and annuity portfolios. His practice is focused on the three phases of the investor’s life planning, i.e., wealth accumulation, wealth preservation, and wealth distribution.
